For us as a small business the new bureaucratic obstacles and costs are, unfortunately very difficult to implement. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means we now only dispatch <strong>within Germany<\/strong> and to <strong>countries outside the EU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I from another EU country still place an order with you ?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yes, that is still possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through so-called <strong>parcel forwarding services<\/strong>, customers can still order our products with ease. In some cases, this is even cheaper than before. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What parcel forwarding services are available?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is a list of well-known services. There are certainly others; we\u2019d love to hear your recommendations and hear about your experiences. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mailboxde.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.mailboxde.com\/<\/a> (EU + many other countries)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.logoix.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.logoix.com\/<\/a> (EU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.post.at\/p\/a\/allespost-deutschland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.post.at\/p\/a\/allespost-deutschland<\/a> (Austria)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-a-packs.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.d-a-packs.at\/<\/a> (Austria)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/meineinkauf.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/meineinkauf.ch <\/a>(Switzerland)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does a parcel forwarding service work?<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As a customer, you register with a parcel forwarding service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service then provides a personal delivery address in Germany.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This German address is used when placing an order in our shop as delivery address used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will deliver the parcel to this address in Germany \u2013 only domestic postage charges apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The forwarding service then sends the parcel to your own address abroad. The costs are settled directly with the provider. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: Customs duties and import taxes may apply when the goods are imported into your country.
