Delivery to the EU since 1 August 2026
Unfortunately, the new EU packaging regulations are forcing us to take drastic measures. For us as a small business the new bureaucratic obstacles and costs are, unfortunately very difficult to implement.
This means we now only dispatch within Germany and to countries outside the EU.
Can I from another EU country still place an order with you ?
Yes, that is still possible.
Through so-called parcel forwarding services, customers can still order our products with ease. In some cases, this is even cheaper than before.
What parcel forwarding services are available?
Here is a list of well-known services. There are certainly others; we’d love to hear your recommendations and hear about your experiences.
- https://www.mailboxde.com/ (EU + many other countries)
- https://www.logoix.com/ (EU)
- https://www.post.at/p/a/allespost-deutschland (Austria)
- https://www.d-a-packs.at/ (Austria)
- https://meineinkauf.ch (Switzerland)
How does a parcel forwarding service work?
- As a customer, you register with a parcel forwarding service.
- The service then provides a personal delivery address in Germany.
- This German address is used when placing an order in our shop as delivery address used.
- We will deliver the parcel to this address in Germany – only domestic postage charges apply.
- The forwarding service then sends the parcel to your own address abroad. The costs are settled directly with the provider.
Please note: Customs duties and import taxes may apply when the goods are imported into your country. The forwarding service is responsible for transport from the forwarding address and for any customs clearance.
